Weather Roomsを気持ちよくご利用いただくための、サービスの内容とお約束です。

Weather Roomsは、Reed Craftが運営する無料の時計・情景表示サービスです。利用登録は不要です。都市の時刻を確認したり、景色・天気・時間帯の演出を切り替えたりできます。
景色はイラストであり、選択した都市の実際の風景やライブ映像ではありません。
時計は端末の日時と選択した都市のタイムゾーンに基づいて表示します。端末の設定やブラウザーの状態により、表示がずれたり更新が遅れたりすることがあります。
天気はMET Norwayの地域予報をもとにした参考情報で、リアルタイムの観測値ではありません。初期表示時と都市の選択時に取得し、期限に応じて更新します。取得中・取得できない場合は気温を表示せず、景色を参考表示とします。手動プレビューでは実際の予報と異なる天気や時間帯を表示できます。日の出・日の入りは選択都市の日付と座標から計算した概算値です。
安全判断、防災、移動計画など、正確な時刻や気象情報が必要な場面では、公的機関や専門の情報源をご確認ください。
サービスを妨害する行為、不正なアクセス、通常の利用を超える大量のリクエスト、他者の権利を侵害する行為、法令に違反する行為は禁止します。
ブラウザー・端末・通信環境によって、描画など一部の機能が利用できないことがあります。
画面、イラスト、文章、プログラムなどに関する権利は、運営者またはそれぞれの権利者に帰属します。法令により認められる範囲を超える無断利用はお控えください。
予報データはMET Norwayの提供で、CC BY 4.0に基づき利用しています。予報の区分を簡略化し、独自の情景表現に反映しています。外部データの利用には、それぞれのライセンスが適用されます。
保守、障害、外部データの提供状況、その他の運営上の事情により、機能の変更や一時的な中断、提供の終了を行うことがあります。大きな変更は、可能な範囲で本サービス内でお知らせします。
運営者は合理的な注意をもってサービスを提供しますが、すべての環境での動作、情報の完全性・正確性、常時利用できることを保証するものではありません。
本規約は、運営者の故意・重過失による責任や、消費者契約法その他の法令によって免除できない責任を免除し、利用者の権利を制限するものではありません。
情報の取り扱いは、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
本規約を変更する場合は、内容と更新日を本ページに掲載します。利用者に大きな影響を及ぼす変更は、その内容と適用開始日を事前に本サービス内でお知らせし、法令に従って対応します。

Weather Roomsで扱う情報、その目的、外部サービスとの関係について説明します。

Weather RoomsはReed Craftが運営しています。このポリシーはWeather Roomsの利用に伴う情報の取り扱いを対象とします。必要な範囲の情報を、サービスの提供と安全な運営のために取り扱います。
初期表示・都市の選択・予報の更新時に、その都市に対応する座標とタイムゾーンをWeather Roomsの天気取得サーバーへ送ります。サーバーは緯度経度を0.1度単位に丸め、MET Norwayに予報データを要求します。同じ地域の予報は共有キャッシュで再利用します。
選択した都市は、利用者が実際にいる場所を示すものではありません。現在のサービスには、端末のGPSやブラウザーの位置情報を取得する機能はありません。予報取得はサーバー経由で行い、利用者のIPアドレスやブラウザー情報をMET Norwayへのリクエストに転送しません。
都市、情景、パネルの自動非表示などの選択は、そのページを開いている間のブラウザー内で保持します。これらの設定をCookieやローカルストレージへ保存する処理はありません。再読み込みすると初期状態に戻ります。表示言語の選択はURLに反映されるため、そのURLを開き直すと同じ言語で表示します。
本番の時計画面では、設定で「利用状況の分析に協力する」をONにした場合のみGoogle Analytics 4を読み込みます。初期状態はOFFで、同意前やブラウザーのGlobal Privacy Control（GPC）が有効な場合はタグを読み込みません。広告タグは使用しません。
同意すると、ページの言語、景色、実天気・プレビューの区分、ページ表示、時計の30秒継続表示、操作、予報取得の成否をGoogleへ送信します。選択都市・座標、URLのクエリ、問い合わせ本文やメールアドレスは解析へ送りません。ページURLは言語別の入口URLに、参照元はドメインまでに限定します。Googleへの通信ではIPアドレス・端末やブラウザー情報が処理されるため、完全に匿名の通信ではありません。
同意の選択はこのサービスのローカルストレージに最大180日保存します。同意時にはGoogle Analyticsの識別用Cookie（weather_roomsで始まる名前、最大90日）を使用します。設定をOFFにすると以後の送信を止め、当サービスで設定した解析Cookieを削除します。すでに送信したデータは取り消されません。
公開版の配信にはCloudflareを利用します。ページやAPIへのアクセスに伴い、IPアドレス、アクセス日時、リクエスト先、ブラウザーや通信に関する情報が、配信・障害対応・不正アクセス防止などのために処理される場合があります。
配信基盤による情報の取り扱い、保管等は、Cloudflareのプライバシーポリシーおよび提供条件に従います。外部サービスの処理に伴い、情報が日本国外で取り扱われる場合があります。
お問い合わせはWeather Rooms専用のTallyフォームで受け付けます。リンクを開くと外部のTallyへ移動し、メールアドレスと本文をTallyに送信します。受付内容はTallyに保管され、運営者への通知・返信にも使用します。入力途中の回答を保存する設定と回答者への自動通知は無効です。受付内容はお問い合わせ対応のために使用し、他サービスの受付と混在させません。
情報は、時計・情景・予報の提供、安全性の確保、障害対応、Weather Roomsに関するお問い合わせへの対応など、その目的に必要な範囲で利用します。
運営者が個人情報を保有する場合は、必要なアクセス権の管理などの安全管理に努め、利用目的に必要な期間を超えて保有しないよう管理し、不要となった情報を適切に削除します。
本ポリシーに記載したサービス提供に必要な処理、利用者の同意がある場合、法令に基づく場合などを除き、個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。個人情報の販売や、他サービスへの勧誘目的での利用は行いません。
運営者が保有するご本人の個人情報について、開示、訂正、利用停止、削除等のお申し出がある場合は、法令に従い、必要な確認をしたうえで対応します。
情報の取り扱いを変更する際は、本ページの内容と更新日を改めます。利用者に大きな影響のある変更については、必要に応じて事前のお知らせや同意の確認を行います。

These terms explain what Weather Rooms provides and the conditions for using it.

Weather Rooms is a free clock and scene display service operated by Reed Craft. No registration is required. You can check the time in selected cities and change the scene, weather effects, and time of day.
The scenes are illustrations, not actual views or live video of the selected city.
The clock uses your device’s date and time and the time zone of the selected city. Device settings or browser behavior may cause the display to be inaccurate or delayed.
Weather information is based on regional forecasts from MET Norway, not real-time observations. Forecasts are retrieved on initial load and city selection, and refreshed according to their expiry. While loading or unavailable, temperatures are hidden and the scene is illustrative. Manual previews can differ from actual forecasts. Sunrise and sunset are approximate calculations using the selected city’s date and coordinates.
For safety decisions, disaster preparedness, travel planning, or other situations requiring accurate time or weather information, consult official agencies or specialist sources.
Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, send excessive requests beyond normal use, infringe the rights of others, or violate applicable law.
Some features, including rendering, may be unavailable depending on your browser, device, or connection.
Rights in the interface, illustrations, text, software, and other content belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. Do not use them without permission beyond the scope allowed by law.
Forecast data is provided by MET Norway under CC BY 4.0. Weather categories are simplified and used in our own scene effects. External data remains subject to its respective license.
Features may change, be temporarily interrupted, or be discontinued due to maintenance, failures, external data availability, or other operational circumstances. Where reasonably possible, significant changes will be announced within the service.
The operator takes reasonable care in providing the service but does not guarantee operation in every environment, complete or accurate information, or continuous availability.
These terms do not exclude liability for the operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, exclude liability that cannot be excluded under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act or other applicable laws, or limit rights protected by those laws.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated date. For changes that significantly affect users, the changes and their effective date will be announced within the service in advance, in accordance with applicable law.

This policy explains the information Weather Rooms handles, why it is used, and the role of external services.

Weather Rooms is operated by Reed Craft. This policy applies to information handled in connection with Weather Rooms. We handle the information needed to provide and operate the service securely.
On initial load, city selection, and forecast refresh, the city’s coordinates and time zone are sent to the Weather Rooms weather server. The server rounds latitude and longitude to 0.1 degrees before requesting forecast data from MET Norway. Forecasts for the same region are reused through a shared cache.
A selected city does not indicate where you are actually located. The current service does not obtain your device’s GPS location or use browser geolocation. Forecast requests are sent through our server; your IP address and browser information are not forwarded to MET Norway.
Selections such as city, scene, and panel auto-hide are kept in the browser while the page is open. These settings are not saved in cookies or local storage and reset when the page is reloaded. Your display language is reflected in the URL, so reopening that URL shows the same language.
On the production clock page, Google Analytics 4 loads only if you enable “Help improve Weather Rooms” in Settings. It is off by default. The tag does not load before consent or when Global Privacy Control (GPC) is enabled. We do not use advertising tags.
With consent, we send Google the page language, scene, live or preview mode, page views, 30 seconds of continuous clock display, interactions, and forecast request outcomes. We do not send the selected city, coordinates, URL query, contact message, or email address to analytics. Page URLs are reduced to the language’s entry URL and referrers to their origin. Google processes IP addresses and device or browser information during communication, so the connection is not completely anonymous.
Your consent choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. With consent, Google Analytics uses identification cookies whose names begin with weather_rooms, for up to 90 days. Turning the setting off stops further collection and deletes this service’s analytics cookies. It does not retract data already sent.
The published service uses Cloudflare for hosting. When you access pages or the API, information such as your IP address, access time, requested resource, browser, and connection details may be processed for delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against unauthorized access.
The hosting provider handles and stores information under Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and service terms. External services may process information outside Japan.
Contact is handled by a dedicated Weather Rooms form hosted by Tally. Following the link opens Tally, where your email and message are submitted. Submissions are stored by Tally and used for operator notifications and replies. Saving unfinished answers and automatic respondent emails are disabled. Submissions are used for Weather Rooms inquiries and kept separate from other services’ contact forms.
Information is used as needed to provide the clock, scenes, and forecasts, maintain security, resolve problems, and respond to inquiries about Weather Rooms.
If the operator holds personal information, we take steps such as managing access permissions, retaining it only as needed for its purpose, and appropriately deleting information that is no longer needed.
We do not provide personal information to third parties except for processing necessary to provide the service as described here, with your consent, as required by law, or on another lawful basis. We do not sell personal information or use it to promote other services.
If you request access to, correction of, suspension of use of, or deletion of personal information the operator holds about you, we will respond in accordance with applicable law after carrying out necessary verification.
When information handling changes, this page and its updated date will be revised. For changes that significantly affect users, we will provide advance notice or obtain consent when appropriate.
